When you need this
A multi-document scan that came out in the wrong sequence, a contract where an appendix needs to move next to the clause it supports, or a bundle with duplicate or blank pages to remove.
Step 1: Upload your PDF

A tip for large scans
If you're reorganising a fifty-page scan, it's often faster to split it into smaller chunks first, fix the order within each chunk, then merge everything back in the right sequence, rather than trying to drag thumbnails across a very long single list.
Deleting vs. reordering — when to use which
Deleting a page is permanent within your working file the moment you download — there's no separate confirmation step beyond the delete icon itself, so double-check before finalising if you're unsure whether a page might be needed later. If you're not certain, it's safer to move a questionable page to the very end of the document rather than delete it outright, download that version, and only remove it in a later pass once you're sure.
Fixing a scanner's duplicate-page problem
Automatic document feeders occasionally pull two sheets through at once, producing a blank or partially-scanned duplicate page in the middle of an otherwise correct scan. This is one of the most common reasons people reach for this tool — open the organizer, spot the odd thumbnail (usually blank or oddly aligned compared to its neighbors), delete it, and the rest of the document closes the gap automatically.
