30-Minute Auto-Delete Policy
At DesiDocs, your privacy is our core feature. Your files are uploaded over an encrypted connection to our processing servers, handled by an automated pipeline, and permanently deleted within 30 minutes by an automated storage rule. They are kept only long enough for you to finish editing and download your result. We never view, share, or sell your documents, and we keep no copies once that window passes.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in collecting the absolute minimum amount of data necessary to run our service.
- Usage Data: We use Google Analytics to track generalized, anonymous traffic metrics (like page views and country of origin) to help us improve the platform.
- Uploaded Files: Files are automatically deleted within 30 minutes of upload. Your documents are transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed by an automated pipeline. They are held only for the length of your editing session, then permanently removed from our servers and storage by an automated job. We do not view, back up, or reuse them.
- Payment Information: If you upgrade to a premium plan, billing is securely handled directly by Razorpay. We do not store your credit card details.
2. Use of Information
The anonymous usage data we collect is used solely to:
- Maintain and improve our services.
- Understand which PDF tools are most popular.
- Detect and prevent technical issues or abuse.
