The terms that apply when you use DesiDocs free PDF tools.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using DesiDocs ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

DesiDocs provides web-based tools for processing PDF documents, including but not limited to merging, splitting, editing, compressing, and form filling. These documents are processed on our secure servers and permanently deleted within 30 minutes of upload to protect your privacy.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you process using our tools.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not use the service to process documents that you do not have the legal right to possess or modify.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DESIDOCS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DESIDOCS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
